Ho tolto il picciolo ma ho lasciato un po' di buccia,ho aggiunto due limoni a pezzetti,e dopo aver bollito una mezz'ora ho aggiunto lo zucchero e finita la cottura.
Per quella di more è più noioso:dobbiamo lavarle bene,scolarle ,farle cuocere,passarle, aggiungere lo zucchero e ahime! girare spesso perchè non si attacchi.....(è qui che si sono imbollite le dita) alla fine invasare.......
